Strohmaier
Sharon
E. Strohmaier began as Executive Director of IRMS on March 26, 2001. With a
strong background in non-profit management, she came to IRMS after more than 15
years as Executive Director of the Des Moines Choral Society, where she was
responsible for all operations.
As Executive Director, Sharon oversees the overall operations of IRMS and
nurtures the relationships with the seven covenanting denominations and their
churches. She is leading IRMS through a period of growth and change. The
highlights include the complete reorganization of the studio, the conversion of
the library to a new computer system, the transfer of the collection to
protective cases and the move of the collection to new shelving, and most
recently our first-ever move to a new location.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Music from Morningside
College in Sioux City, Iowa, and a Master of Arts in English from Drake
University in Des Moines.

Tim
Gossett
Tim
Gossett began as Educational Consultant in January of 2008. He comes to IRMS
with 20 years of experience in Christian education, including youth ministry,
campus ministry, adult ministries, resource center administration, and
curriculum development. He is an author of six youth ministry books, most
recently A Walk with God for Graduates, and more than a dozen published
articles. As
Educational Consultant, Tim oversees the selection and cataloging of resources.
He is available to clients who have questions about curriculum, teaching
methods, "Safe Sanctuaries" procedures, worship technology, and other
aspects of the ministry of Christian formation.
Tim
holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Religion from North Central
College in Naperville, Illinois, and Master of Arts degrees in Religious Studies
and Religious Communications from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Diedra
Scanlan
Diedra
Scanlan began as Media Associate in November of 2003. Her primary duties include
customer care and media order processing. She comes to IRMS with experience in
dealing with the public, library services, and computer technology. When away
from the office, Diedra enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her
family.
