Understanding Christian Symbols celebrates and probes the meaning of powerful images that open our hearts and minds to the mystery of God.

From the Alpha and Omega to tongues of fire, from the baptismal font to the cross and crown, Understanding Christian Symbols links the richness of tradition to the life of the contemporary believer.

Understanding Christian Symbols is a much-needed resource for confirmation classes and is equally appropriate for adult groups.
